Looking for a place to meet for your corporate business retreat? Our Tennessee meeting facilities are here to serve businesses in Johnson City, Elizabethton, Bristol, Boone, and other neighboring communities.
Sugar Hollow Retreat provides well-equipped facilities for many varieties of group activities through the Overmountain Center, a three-structure hospitality center that includes the Cherokee House, Sequoia Cottage and the Conference Center. The Cherokee House, The Sequoia Cottage and The Watauga Building can be rented separately, or as an inclusive package on a daily basis. The entire center can accommodate groups up to 16 guests indoor and additional guests in the Watauga Building or camping outdoors with their own tents. Indoor cots are available upon request.
We are able to to provide other lodging and meeting facilities for many different sized groups at the Lodge, Hemlock House and Chestnut Farmhouse.
You may prepare your own meals or have them catered. If you need the services of a group facilitator or an event coordinator we can assist in that manner. Please refer to service providers page.
